Sloan Harper’s car won’t start this morning. Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend comes along, but instead of helping the lady in distress, he insists on taking her in for a foot inspection. The European beauty is found to be lacking in the fresh pedicure department.Inspector Legend takes her to the salon and gets those pretty little toes back into compliance.
Sloan passes the second foot inspection with flying colors, but then the inspector informs her that she still must pay a $250 fine. She’s really stressed now with having to pay a foot ticket on top of facing expensive car repairs. Sloan complains and the soft-hearted inspector helps push her towards an idea that might get her off the hook. But Croatian blonde Sloan Harper is slow to understand and Archer struggles to drop hints she just cannot pick up. Finally frustrated with the endless confusion, Archer takes her by the hand and shows her exactly what he wants.
