Alex Blake and Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend return from the salon. She now has a perfect pedicure on those perfect toes. The inspector is performing the final foot inspection in accordance with his enforcement duties; a much graver infraction is uncovered. Inspector Legend abruptly changes from friendly to serious as he explains that this pedi crime carries a severe penalty of mandatory incarceration. Alex Blake is caught off guard for only a second before smartly suggesting a compromise that both eases the inspector’s angst and more importantly keeps Alex Blake’s amazing size nines out of the slammer.
