Description:
Victoria Vargaz has some lousy neighbors. In fact, one of them made an anonymous phone call to Foot Patrol and reported her for not having a fresh pedicure. After escorting Victoria to the salon, Foot Inspector Archer Legend explains the charges and attempts to collect the fine. Thankful for Archer’s assistance, but concerned that she cannot pay the $195 delinquent pedicure penalty; Victoria seeks to convince the authority to eliminate the fine and accept alternative compensation. In the end, Inspector Legend comes to see things her way.
