Description:
Lilly Hall was stopped by Foot Patrol for being delinquent on her foot inspection. After escorting the young lady to the nail salon for a fresh pedicure, Foot Inspector Archer Legend brings her back to the office for a follow up review. Before the inspector can give his final pronouncement on the quality of her feet, Lilly begins doing something Archer has never witnessed with his government issued side handle baton. The poor inspector is so distracted by the sexy woman’s intentional teasing that he can’t even put two words together. Once she tires of watching this former figure of foot authority melt down in front of her, Lilly takes the reins and instructs the babbling officer to lie on the floor. What she does next totally surprises the inspector while completely delighting him at the same time. The evidence clearly shows without a doubt that meeting such a good citizen as Lilly Hall brings Inspector Legend a massive amount of relief.
